does anyone know of any similar devices to the visible band?
I got it at the suggestion of a PT. I used for a month and then canceled my subscription (yesterday actually). I have a Garmin Venu watch and it does very similar plus a ton more. It’s more expensive but after the $90 for the visible band plus subscription I still thinks it’s a better value. Edit: a

Is getting an Apple Watch worth if for running?
I’m an Apple ecosystem loyalist (own Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, AppleTV), but begrudgingly admit that Garmin watches are waaaay better for running. Started marathon training a few weeks ago and caved and bought a Garmin, and it’s incredible how it surpasses the AW in both features and

My Fitbit died. Do I bother to buy another?
I reckon opt for the Garmin Venu 4 so you can compare it to your recently deceased Fitbit to decide which one is better? Once my PW3 reaches it's end of life, I'll give either a Garmin, Polar or Motorola Watch a go.

For men who had belly fat, how did you burn it?
Part 2: I find it helpful to give myself a date I would like to be at a certain weight. Don't be overly aggressive with these goals, but you might say in 18 weeks I want to be 27 lbs lighter (1.5 lbs/week lost). I would also take photos of yourself maybe every 10 lbs or so, just so you can see the p

What's something you overpaid for when it first came out that's gone drastically down in price now?
I love the Garmin smartwatches. I'm on my second one now (recently upgraded from the Venu 2 to the Venu 4) and they have 90% of the capabilities of devices like Apple Watch, but are much more attuned to exercise, and have like a 10 day battery life. I honestly don't know how people manage watches th

Going to PW4 from Garmin Venu 2
I went from the original Venu to the PW4. The major drawbacks are the battery life and the lack of advanced training metrics. My Venu lasted 1,5-2 weeks, my PW lasts two days, although I will say it charges so quickly that I'm not really bothered by it. The Venu features a lot more, and more in-dept

End of an era - Moving on
I did. It’s a different headspace.. and some of their assumptions are different but I’ve gotten along pretty well and it’s just about a month. Venu 4 (I splurged.) and polar h10. It takes getting used to the menu system is more complex, but for me it feels more like that more ecosystem. I’ve got my

Rankinis vyriškas laikrodis
Jei sportui ir statistikai sekt tai vienareikšmiškai Garmin. Kažkada gerai perskaičiau, garmin is more health than smart watch. Tai turėt tai galvoje. Jei reikia tiesiog išmanaus galima gal kažką paprasčiau. Tačiau dabar su naujais modeliais daugiau ir smart funkcijų atsiradę. Tada kažką iš brangesn

Disappointed in Pixel Watch and especially in Fitbit.
Simple. Return it, this is not the watch for you. I do believe the Garmin line is what you are looking for. Perhaps the Venu 4. Fitbit and the P4 are cursory stats, good for simple tracking. The watch is great for notifications like email, text etc. and simple step counts, swimming distance and HR s

does anyone actually stick with fitness long term?
71 with chronic pain and still pushing myself. Weights, cycling, rowing and walking. Whenever I concede to age and go sedentary I feel worse; suddenly my physical pain expands to downward mental/emotional/depressive states of being. I regularly use my Venu 4, hrm 600 and ChatGPT to stay active, stro
