For men who had belly fat, how did you burn it?
Part 2: I find it helpful to give myself a date I would like to be at a certain weight. Don't be overly aggressive with these goals, but you might say in 18 weeks I want to be 27 lbs lighter (1.5 lbs/week lost). I would also take photos of yourself maybe every 10 lbs or so, just so you can see the p

Activity : Steps or Calories
Yeah...I've posted something similar but I was talking about the active minutes which showed 2 only, but I had walked 2.1 miles and someone noticed the stairs which I haven't paid much attention to. Then I realized that was another issue. I also have a Garmin Venu 3 and the more I look side by side,

Left Garmin for Coros
I just moved from a Garmin Venu 3 to Coros Apex 4. I stared having issues with my Garmin not syncing any data except my activity to the Connect app. I even tried troubleshooting by doing a wired sync with the janky macOS software. After much troubleshooting I knew I needed a new device and was looki

Decepcionado con el active max...
I can't speak for this specific model but we've benchmarked my Active 2 against my Garmin Venu 3, my wife's Garmin Venu 3 and my father in law Apple watch. All Garmins and Apple are within 1-2 steps to each other...Amazift is like 1/4 mile more... LOL

Thinking about selling my ultra 3 and getting an amazfit active 2 or 3 with sapphire
That's the idea...I got an Amazfit Active 2 and love the size and looks of the watch...much better interface, better at being a smartwatch than my Garmin venu 3...but when it comes to data measurements and making sense of that data, Garmin is way ahead... Garmin application interface sucks, needs tw

Step Count adding way too many steps
Currently Apple Watch Ultra 2 and Garmin Venu 3 , Forerunner 265, & Epix Pro are among the most accurate trackers for steps, often achieving over 95% accuracy. The Amazfit Helio and Whoop 5.0 are above 90%. My Instinct 2 is great. Fitbits give people tons of extra steps to prevent user complaints. D

Basically every night I'm 'awake' for an hour and never remember it.
It's a tendency I've noticed while wearing both the Active 2 and a Garmin Venu 3. In my case was either overestimating but also underestimating... I know I woke up one night to use the restroom and Garmin detected but Amazfit had me sleep with no interruptions.

I tested a $70 Amazfit Bip 6 against my Garmin Forerunner 265 — here's what genuinely surprised me
A lot to read... but overall, if I had to add to your notes, since I've tested an Active 2/Garmin Venu 3/Fitbit Versa/Apple Ultra against a medical grade heart rate monitor (hospital treadmill) ... instantaneous measurements...Apple was dead on...Garmin was second with either less or more measuremen
