For serious tracking the H10 is the gold standard in terms of accuracy anyway. You can connect it to anything. I use Garmin Instinct 2 and an H10 for sports. Activity data from all optical sensors is pretty much garbage.

Inaccurate

Did you lose in bed until 6:16? The ring read your entire time lying in bed as "sleeping", which is probably why your sore dropped so dramatically later. It registers lying in bed as "trying, but failing", which should be considered accurate for most people struggling with sleep. People who read in

A wrist worn step counter doesn't count your steps. It's detecting your arm movements and just guessing that you're walking. Amazfit's guesswork isn't all that bad compared to my other watches. Garmin is the absolute worst. My Galaxy Watch Ultra is slightly better than Amazfit, noticable hardly wort

Rucking For Everyone

I know this is an old thread, but just to clarify some things: The whole point of recording as a ruck natively, is how the metrics are interpreted after the fact. What do I mean: Say you practice many sports, including running. Everything you do is tracked by your garmin, and it feeds into your fitn

Instinct E 45MM multisport

I just sent my instinct 2s in support for a battery issue, they replaced it with an instinct E, it was such a delusion, less battery, way less workouts, it's clearly software locked, it could do all the things that the other instinct does they just soft locked it so you buy the more premium options,

Rent a watch?

Ended up buying coros pace pro on a day a good deal appeared. Love it, immediately sold my instinct 2x to cover a bit of the cost. At the current state, I don't see myself going back to garmin.

Goodbye my beautiful hybrid Scanwatch 2, I will miss you... But I want DATA! Looking forward to life with my ugly Instinct 2 Solar.

You could of buy a forerunner 265, to have beauty and data together! I agree with you, Instinct 3 is one of the ugliest watches garmin ever made!

Instinct 3 Solar

Just sucks because I have an instinct 2 solar that works really good. Now I’m struggling because my MacBook won’t recognize the watch and Garmin express is telling me I don’t have enough storage to update the device and to remove files. But can’t remove files if I can’t connect to the computer
