Weird treadmill pace on Garmin watch (via QZ/ANT+)
Ok, so I tested both options (getting treadmill data to my Garmin): QZ/ANT+ metrics to Forerunner 955, starting a treadmill workout on the watch. Advice for new user
Well, the problem with the form tracking I have is that I follow Garmin Training Plans and I like them a lot and brought me great results when running in asphalt… but now I’m running 100% on trails (have to) and there is were I see the issue.
