Yeah… at that price a Garmin 570 is a direct alternative. Existing Garmin users will stick with Garmin. People trying to decide will, my and large, go with the larger and better known brand, so Garmin.

Based on my personal experience, yes. I did a comparison of my Garmin Forerunner 570's HR data and that from Fitbit Air for a run. Except for the first 2-3 minutes, after warm up, the HR seems to be quite accurate. Sleep tracking wise, the phases/duration seem to also agree largely with Garmin.

Looking at the pace 4 i was considering making a switch from Garmin after my FR 570’s altimeter broke(and sell the refurbished one i get from Garmin) but all the troubles lately i’m gonna stay on with Garmin. Really too bad, as i think the app experience seems a lot better with Coros.
