Yeah… at that price a Garmin 570 is a direct alternative. Existing Garmin users will stick with Garmin. People trying to decide will, my and large, go with the larger and better known brand, so Garmin.

Based on my personal experience, yes. I did a comparison of my Garmin Forerunner 570's HR data and that from Fitbit Air for a run. Except for the first 2-3 minutes, after warm up, the HR seems to be quite accurate. Sleep tracking wise, the phases/duration seem to also agree largely with Garmin.

IMO, there is no need to upgrade from the pace 3, unless you really need the AMOLED. It is slightly bigger, but that’s because of the display (I think AMOLED needs more space), a bigger battery and the third button. To me it wasn’t a surprise, that there are no maps, that’s what the Pro is for. But
