Outras coisa

Garmin Forerunner 55 or 165 will do exactly what you need! Honestly I think the whole subscription thing is being a bit blown out of proportion for those of us who stick to the lower price point watches like myself. I have the 165 and it’s phenomenal. Waterproof and has physical buttons so you don’t

I also suffered from anger and under stimulation. I used to be the kind of person who said I wasn't a runner. But then I learned that you can stim while running by timing your feet with "out, out, in" breaths. Now whenever I feel like wanting to explode I know I need to run and I can do it now that

I also have a garmin forerunner 265s- and love it- I upgraded from the forerunner 55. I liked the 55, but upgraded bc I was ready to track more activities and was interested in the other stats- but the forerunner 55- allowed me to track my runs, walks, yoga, and strength-and is a bit more affordable

Looks fantastic, and coming from Garmin forerunner 55, it s a big gap! I switch from Forerunner 255 to Pace 3. I really prefer the interface and the training load stats in the coros. But some stuff are missing for me like elevation stats, or records tab stats that is not fully used. (No best time/di

Garmin forerunner 55. It’s basic, functional, and the battery lasts a long time. It gives me just what I need - time, pace, distance, lap function, etc. I am not interested in endless data and analytics. I don’t want a sleep score, stress score, etc. things like that would probably do more harm than

DCrainmaker gave the previous race s a great review. he even praised the heart rate sensor! i bought mine off the back of that (and other fittech 'influencers') and was totally shocked by how much of a downgrade it was from my garmin FR55 (yes, really). not in the screen and GPS and that kind of stu

I mean, Garmin Fenix are specialist watches geared towards specific purposes. If you are just a casual active person, they are way cheaper options from Samsung or Apple, but also from Garmin, (forerunner 55 for example). If you are a bit more serious, you can buy a mid range device. The Fenix line i

Make sure your "running" pace is slow. It may actually feel too slow at first. When your stamina runs out, walk for a while. It's fine, nobody cares, there's no fail state here (other than not trying at all). Tomorrow if your legs/feet hurt or feel tired, just walk. If they feel fine, throw in some
