Etwas mehr und regelmäßiger Laufen haben ja schon viele gesagt. Was für mich alles geändert hat: Eine Laufuhr, die Dir auch einen Trainingsplan erstellen kann. Das muss gar nichts super-teures sein. Bei mir ist es eine Garmin Forerunner 265S, aber es gibt sicher auch viele andere die das können. Ich
