Forerunner 255

Apple Watch battery doesn’t last long enough for me. I bought the forerunner 255 (250cad instead of 470)

Any of the Garmin Forerunner watches are good. I have the 255. To save money, look at older models and buy refurbished/used. You can probably get the 45 or 55 within your budget pretty easily.
