Zone 2 Frustration
Hi, I’m seeking advice regarding training in zone 2. I’ve not been an avid runner in the past but I’m looking to begin training for my first marathon and the topic of zone 2 comes up a lot. I’m admittedly very inexperienced in training specifically for running and distance running, but I would not c

Run and Suunto in general
I have the Suunto Run since end of January-2026. Been using it 24h day for 7 days week training. I've came from Fenix 6 Pro and Forerunner 165. After initial hiccups with the watch I'm totally convinced about it. Initially I had a few problems with wrist HR (got very high readings on the first minut

Help if worth it coospo H9Z
Hi, OP! Same tayo naka-fr165. Goods naman itong h9z. One year ko nang gamit. Madali lang i-connect sa garmin. More accurate than the wrist hrm sa watch natin.

Need help deciding between Coros Pace 4 and Garmin Fr 165
Between those 2 (and for your specific use case), Coros, no hesitation. There is NO triathlon / multisport activity on the 165! The Pace 4 has it. That would seem like a big deal for you. As you carry a phone while running anyway, you have no need for music on the watch (which is Garmin's main stren

Poor VO2 max for a veteran body builder
Hi guys. I finally took the plunge into the world of endurance since I felt i should look beyond aesthetics (I have a decent muscled body) and focus on heart health. I am 43 years old and have been weight training since 26. I used to do indoor cardio consistently 12-13 years back and since then focu

Garmin Forerunner 165?
My fr165 often thinks I’m asleep before I get out of bed even if I’ve been awake for over an hour. I’m not sure if other Garmins are any better. If I remember I just crop my sleep in the morning

Coros pace 4 or Garmin 165
I have a FR165 and am planning to switch to Coros next year cuz the garmin upgrade path (FR570) needs me to buy their hrm to unlock the run dynamics which is ridiculously expensive in my country

Switching to Coros
Former Forerunner 165 user here. I switched to Coros because their watches offer a lot more features at a lower price point compared to Garmin. After a year of using my Garmin I wanted to get more features like offline maps and Training Status, which unfortunately is only available on much more expe

Trail runner looking for a new watch - seeking your advice!
I have the Suunto Run and when I compare the GPS tracks with my previous Garmin Forerunner 165 and Fenix 6 Pro the Suunto is superior in any condition city, trails or track. I imagine the Race 2 and Vertical 2 being the same or better. OHR on the Suunto Run is also very good and above what I was get

Need help deciding on the Watch 4
Thanks for the suggestion! Used his videos to compare my Forerunner 165 to the watch 4. HR Tracking seems to be similar between the both with the pixel watch being slightly better but it absolutely smokes the forerunner in sleep tracking. Not being able to connect the external chest strap is a bumme
