I went from a Garmin Fenix 5, to Tag Heuer Connected, to Garmin FR 165, Back to Garmin Fenix. I will admit, I absolutely hated the Fenix 5 but absolutely love the Fenix 8 47mm (not the PRO). The Tag Heuer only has a 1 day battery which is useless (but the watch looks badass), and the Forerunner 16

If you want a smart watch for just exercise tracking then go with a Garmin or Coros. I had an Apple Watch for close to 10 years and switched to a Garmin Forerunner 165 and have love it. The battery life is what sold me
