Accuracy of Nike Run Club Vs Garmin tracking
Hi all, I've been training using my phone and Nike hi Run Club (NRC) app since the start of the year. I set a goal of completing 5km below 30 mins and when I achieved the goal lately I decided to reward myself with a Garmin forerunner 165.
Took the watch and NRC out for a run today and found that
