Garmin Refugee: Suunto or Apple Watch Ultra?
I have owned all three. I have used Apple Watches for years, first a AW 7, then a AW Ultra gen 1 and for a few years a AW Ultra gen 2. Between those I have tried the Suunto Race S and more recently the Suunto Vertical 2. I currently own a Garmin Fenix 8 51mm. Here is my two cents. I absolutely loved

Polar or Garmin for biohacking
i switched years ago from Polar to Garmin. owning now Garmin Fenix 8 51mm AMOLED. Polar if u ask me, fell behind and is still lacking in the field where Garmin is far superior.
