and the venu3 is 449 dollars, versus the Active 2 under 100 my garmin epix pro 2 51mm was almost 1200 dollars, my Trex 3 from Amazfit, which does pretty much everything the Garmin does, was 234 dollars do the math, its a no brainer, Garmin is MEGA overpriced, period

trex 3 is a great watch, and is 75% less expensive than the overpriced Garmin crap I've had 2 firmware updates in a month from Amazfit for the trex 3, and sold my 1200 dollar epix pro 2 51mm for the 234 dollar Trex 3 and I dont miss a single thing about Garmin; my wife sold her venu 3 for a Amazfit

965 to Pace 4
I went Pace 3 to Garmin (Epix pro, 265, 965) back to Pace 3 with Pod. Mainly cause the 965 was way overkill for me, even though I loved it. The pace was cost effective and did the job perfectly, trained and race for marathons in both, I just liked the simplicity of Coros app and watches better. I’m

Which looks better
"There's nothing extreme about his use case." was your comment on 6 months of camping. I'm in a crossfit gym with tons of Garmin users. Granted small sample size but I bet 99% of even Garmin users probably don't do that. So logically, that makes the "6 month camping" usecase extreme. Again twisting
