Switching from Apple Watch to Garmin — is it really worth it?

I've switched back and forth a few times, most recently from AW Ultra to Garmin Enduro. A few things that made me switch from Apple: Battery life just doesn't cut it, even with AW Ultra I cannot get through a long hike, bike or Iron Man. No maps in Europe. Yes you can use 3rd party apps like WOD but

Palun nutikella soovitusi

Apple considers round screens and more radical designs for future Apple Watch revamp

currently babying my Series 6 until the Garmin Enduro 4 releases. I've been having to charge it twice a day for the past year. Can't wait to have a watch that lasts 30 days on a charge. and has an always on display.

Coros pace pro

MP3 is overrated. Just get a running belt, take phone and then skip tracks with headphones.. I’ll never understand why folks care about music playing on a watch especially since it’s not even a cellular watch.. Past that, pace pro is legit and does everything you really need. My battery would last 1

Do you use a bike computer or smartwatch?

I use a smart watch (Garmin Enduro 3) mounted on the bike. It has all the functionality I want and then some. The Enduro has a large enough display (even for maps) and great battery life, so I don't really know what a dedicated cycling computer would bring me.

Looking for running watch recommendations

I switched from a Samsung watch to Garmin Enduro 3 after a summer of running. Love it. Took a while to get used to the screen (MIPS) but the month long battery life is certainly worth it and the strap is super comfy even during sleep. There are probably cheaper Garmins that would do the trick for yo

Anyone else have issues with the Apex 4 brightness?

Apex 4 screen has better visibility when compared to Garmin Enduro 2. It is pretty good. Backlight is kind of weak. I wish we could adjust brightness.

Garmin watch

The Garmin enduro 3 is a great watch. Battery life for nearly a month, does everything a fenix can do outside of some smartwatch features and different screen
