Agreed, focal have over-engineered cheap plastic parts where most of the stress is in the headband and often breaks. https://www.reddit.com/r/headphones/comments/vy4p3t/yet_another_broken_focal_elegia_headband_diy/ not my post but also happened to my focal celestee, support wouldn't take it under warranty

Just wanted to say, I bought the SR-80s, didn’t really get it, so gave up on Grados. Had some Focal Elegia but got bored of them. Bought some SR-325x on a whim and was blown away. Just the brightness and the details revealed lots more in my favourite music. Now selling the Focals.

I almost purchased the H100 but LDAC or APTX Adaptive is a necessity for me. Not having this on the H100 is the dumbest decision B&O could have made. I will never buy one now. I have the H95 now and it is my favorite headphone of all time. So the H100 would have been my next upgrade. I have owned So

I think I'm pretty agreeable to most tunings honestly. The only headphones I can think of that have really sounded offensive in their tuning are Focal Elegia's. I got them for something stupid like 250$ from Adorama on a Black Friday sale 2 years ago, and the second I put them on, I was mad. They so

I just ordered the V3 Blaze from AliExpress. Kinda funny cause I was only shown it from chatting with Gemini about my requirements. Saw it was on sale for $250NZD and jumped on it, managed to cut the tax off it using Coins and coupon code. Arrives later this week so will update here on how I find it

I'll take the Focal Elegia over Bokeh; I love the Bokeh because it's a work of art (and it is quite nice sounding), but it's not the BEST sounding closed back.

When I bought the HD620S last year, there were so little alternatives that I considered the Focal Azurys (it was just released at the time), The Focal Celestee (quite expensive but still in the competition) and the Focal Elegia (cheaper alternative to Celestee which remplaced it but was still availa

not gonna lie, after watching the Superman trailer, I jumped on Youtube, put on my Focal Elegia headphones and listened to Ken Thorne - Superman 2 - Theme [Extended by Gilles Nuytens]. No regrets.

I have a pair of Focal Aria 906s on Focal stands, and a Audiolab 6000CDT CD transport in my main system. I bought the 906s after falling in love with the sound signature of my 2 pairs of Focal headphones (Elear open back, Elegia closed back). They are wonderful. I would have gone for the 936 floorst
