I have it and it is amazing. In sound settings , tap High Gain option. For iems I love how the thieaudio hype 4 , Moondrop variations, dunu dk3001bd or the mangird tea pro sound . For headphones hifiman xs edition or the focal clear mg are a really good choice in my opinion

Exactly. Lossless is only an improvement (and quite a big one I might add) if you play your top quality files with top quality hardware. To be honest I own the HDB630 which sound nice and I also own the HD800S which I try I Try I try and I try to love but which I am not that crazy about. I prefer a lot more open backs in the 600 series, Hifiman and Focal Clear MG open backs to tell the truth.

I already own the HD800S, I am keeping it, but if I was not owning it in the first place I wouldn’t buy it again to be honest. I prefer the HD600, 6XX, occasional 660S2 and Focal Clear MG. If I could sell back the HD800S at its full original price, then I Would the consider higher end Focal Utopia,

If you want a better HD650, then consider the Focal Clear MG. Completely different than Arya or HD800S, more in line with 600 series but with far more slam (dynamics) and better bass extension.
