I commented on a post yesterday lamenting on parts availability for the S1 Pro. Admin is an FLSUN employee it seems, so he had me message him. He located parts for me. There’s more to this if they keep deleting your posts, or I’m just obscenely lucky with my customer support experiences with them so

I have 2 FLsun S1 Pros. Awesome capability at a very low price. Require more hands-on attention and maintenance. And I have ordered plenty of Spares in advance. Customer service has been good when needed, but very slow - like several days for a simple email exchange. But. The printer, parts and serv

The best help service is from FLSun Cicca on facebook. It taken me a while to get my S1 Pro working, but dang it is awesome once it works. I hope that helps
