3D Printed Hardtop
If we’re considering just materials alone then yea I clear the cost of most other aftermarket hardtops by a good sum. I bought a printing setup that can churn out all the plastic I need for this project relatively quick which is three printers but I chalked those up to business expenses as I plan on

Para mí primera impresora me recomiendan la Flashforge Adventurer 5M
I have the FlashForge AD5M Pro which is identical in most ways... It was my first printer and it a good choice for learning. It also offers some good options to expand, upgrade, and modify Zmod or forgex for full klipper. Lots of aftermarket plates in compatible sizes. (Love my cryogrip glacier) Sev

Found a cool round tank at Goodwill, added a 3-d printed rim vent and a lid from a glass casserole dish... And this is what came out!
I have a FlashForge Adventurer 5M Pro. Can't do multicolor but it can do ABS and TPU which is why I got it over others.

Does the AD5M not like long prints
First things you always need to check - is your filament dry? It's not ALWAYS the problem, but once your filament, especially PLA, absorbs moisture, you're going to have a bad time. Is this a brand new, unopened spool or is this one your wife used, left it sitting out, and now you're getting back to

Filament Question
I did. And, for whatever reason, my .4 nozzle I got for my FlashForge AD5M Pro works great with cf filaments. It's a Phaetus Conch. I'm as surprised as anyone. I got a .25 from them as well, hoping for even better results, but I have to tweak my settings as I think things are moving too fast for goo

Another video of me testing out the drop in for the factory lower
I can vouch for the FlashForge AD5M Pro. I've done a talon grip and extended handguard out of PA-CF6 and they've been holding up great.

What's the best way to start an army?
Well, an FDM printer doesn't produce the same quality as a resin printer but you also don't need a labaratory to print stuff. I run a Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro with a 0.25 mm nozzle and I'm really happy with it. Once you dialed in your settings (especially supports) and get the hang of orienting

Could a 3d printer make this part?
Budget and what exactly you want to do will dictate this, but the Elegoo Centauri Carbon and Bambu P1S as well as Flashforge Adventurer 5M Pro all get you into ABS and ASA filaments. The P1S and Centauri Carbon will get you into some of the less exotic nylons. If you have more coin to blow there are

Is the Adventurer 5m or 5m Pro worth it?
I'm a noob so can't speak too much to anything except that the only fundamental difference I can find in the pro is that it has a connection for a servo for an exhaust shutter. If you get/print the enclosure and add the light and camera (cheap on aliexpress) and a recirculation duct then it seems to

Flashforge 5m pro print quality sucks
The printer is great. I have had my Adventurer 5M Pro for about 5 months now and even with some initial hardware headaches (not bad, all replaced for free by Flashforge) it has been great. It's been very capable in details and even speed. I believe you will be happy with them if you purchase.
