Should I still invest in Fitbit or is it a dead brand?

I’ve been wearing the same Fitbit (Versa 4) daily since Dec 2022 with no issue. I still have an Alta HR from 2018 that works fine. I panicked switching over to a Google account because of all the negative reviews here and waited until I was forced to do it earlier this year. Switched over without in

Yet another post about switching away from Fitbit

I love Fitbit. I’ve had one since 2016 and it still works and the battery is great. I got a versa 4 for Christmas so I’m excited to try it. Fitbit I feel has the best sleep tracking.

I upgraded

I’ve used the Versa 2 for 2+ years and now the Versa 4 for 2 years and I have not had any major issues. Had a few syncing issues but an update would come as soon as I noticed the issue and it would be resolved. Overall, Fitbit has been a 9/10 for me.

Hey all my Versa2 isn't charging anymore. What are the best fitbit watches out there now that Google owns Fitbit?

I'm going to say something unpopular.... I just replaced my Versa 2 with a Versa 4 and I like it! I want a watch that has Alexa and Google Wallet in addition to basic fitness tracking. The big thing is that I don't want to have to charge it every day. So until another watch with those specs becomes

Might be time to upgrade - Versa 2 to Charge 6 or Versa 4?

Hello hello!

I've had a Versa 2 since May 2020 and it has served me well! In the last day, while it still tracks, the screen is not responsive (or maybe just extremely delayed because I'll try to swipe and then when I check 10 minutes later it's on another screen). I have tried resetting it and cha

Debating which new Fitbit to get

Hi! I currently have a versa 2 and I've been mostly happy with it. It's almost three years old however and it's dying. I'm able to get a free or discounted new watch with my health insurance. I can get the inspire 2 for free, the versa 2 or charge 5 for $100, or the versa 4 for $150. Should I just g

Can't update versa 4?

Okay, I have been digging and googling and have not found my exact scenario.

My phone is synced with the versa 4 and overall seems to be working. But my app says the versa has an update. I click the "update" button... and then nothing happens. It doesn't even register I'm pressing it.

YouTube Music on Versa 4

Haven't seen any people post this online or even on the Fitbit support pages. I logged into the Fitbit app recently and saw there was a firmware update for my Fitbit. After the update there's a YouTube music control app. It works pretty well on the watch as well.

Wondering if anyone else is seeing

Versa 4 or Charge 6

I want to get a Fitbit for hubby (50y.o) and am wondering whether to get him the Versa or the charge 6. I have the Versa 4 myself and really like it, but wondering whether the charge would be better since it was released later (so is it more up to date?) and there will not be any more Versa models?
