I really don't get Google. They literally could have won by doing nothing. They owned Fitbit. All they had to do was keep owning Fitbit. Everyone was happy. But then they had to gut every single feature that made Fitbit fun and unique and somehow that'll lead to more profit? I just brought my Versa

Just looked into the garmin watches and holy crap I think I’ll be getting one when my versa 4 inevitably dies. A bit pricey but not significantly, and I don’t have to give Google any more money after they ruined the Fitbit brand.

I did the update a few days ago and since then during normal daily exercise, when I would normally get zone minutes, I'm barely earning any at all. It seems to register my heart rate 10-15 bpm lower than before.
