More than 4.1 LAKHS steps in one week : Flexworthy?
Fitbit Versa 4. The most accurate pedometer in the market. Actually I just completed a 7 days 7 Marathon Distance challenge. So obviously the steps are just crazy everyday

PW3 severely underreporting distance (or rate)
I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
- 2.0 mph (30 minute mile) for total of 2 minutes - 1 min warmup, 1 cooldown
- 3.0 mph (20 minute mile) for total of 8 minutes
- 3.3 mph (~18 minute mile) for total of 20 minutes
This should be an average speed of 3.13 mph, or about a 19 minute mile.

Flexing my 10 MILLION Steps Completion in 2025. My personal best (one month to go)!
My journey started with Fitbit Inspire 2 wrist band. Recently upgraded to Fitbit Versa 4 watch. I believe Fitbit is the most accurate pedometer in the market. The screenshot is from the Fitbit Mobile app, which gets paired to the watch

Versa 4
I’ve been an Apple Watch user for a long time. My husband noticed I’ve been having issues with it, so when our daughter in law asked what I could use, he told her some kind of smart device that wasn’t overly pricey. She got me a Versa 4, and for a few days I wore both. I’m finding that I like the Fi

Long time Fitbit user
I still find my Fitbit accurate enough, I’ve worn them since 2011. I only remember getting an erroneous heart rate spike once. Maybe it’s your device? I tried an apple and I really don’t like it at all. Too many different apps needed, different place to look, terrible sleep tracking. The daily charg

Should I get a Wellue O2ring?
I use the Caldera Releaf neck rest. Here's the Amazon link (there are other, similar products, though): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KY65NFY?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title I don't actually know how good Fitbit's sleep stage data is, but I have a fairly long history with it, so it's what I'm used to. Basically it is correlated by the distance covered as well. And Fitbit has the most accurate pedometer in the market. So, you cannot compare your phone as a pedometer to a Fitbit Versa 4 watch. That is the problem. Oh, I forgot: the Fitbit also correlates to the calories burnt, cardio load etc. Yeah

How many of you are using fitness trackers?
Fitbit versa 4. It's good at counting steps and heart rate. It also tracks sleep patterns.

Hume Band - thoughts??
Having reviewed and used this Hume Band now for about 3 weeks along side a Versa 4 Fitbit I can see the inconsistencies that have shown where the data tends to be exaggerated, this especially happens with sleep data, it shows me asleep when I am still up and about. according to the band I get consis

Fitbit consistently fails to track sleep at all. Support had not been helpful.
It worked for me too! I have a Fitbit Versa 4. In the app under + Log Sleep I adjusted the date and time to my approximate beginning and end to sleep. It reset to the correct data for the night.
