Watch that accurately measures heart rate

I've heard chest bands are actually much more accurate but I understand if that's not what you're looking for. i have the Fitbit inspire HR and I have the same issues. whenever my heart rate has those big 30-60bpm jumps, it needs a minute to catch up.

Work Watches

I was the same for a while. I've had a couple of the Walmart ones fitting the same criteria before switching to a smart watch bc my health insurance reimbursed me. Cheap Health/Heartrate monitor

i have the Fitbit inspire HR, it tracks my heart rate, steps, HRV, brpm etc. I only have to charge it once a week or so and it's rather accurate (it sometimes needs a moment to catch up when my heart rate jumps 60+ BPM)

Quiet wearables for ADHD and overstimulation

I have an older Fitbit inspire HR. The only thing I let sync to it from my phone are the “find my” notifications. (ie “School Keys” have been left behind.) I have lots of silent alarms set on it! It’s a life saver!

Looking for alternative software for my fitbit?

You could try Gadgetbridge. A free, open-source Android application. Alas, my Fitbit Inspire HR is unsupported. It is old tech. The app was a luxury anyway and the HR monitor works without it. I might switch to Garmin when the Fitbit stops working.

Smartwatch?

Old Fitbit Inspire HR is the only one that worked for me. It's older technology that somehow reads through the ink.
