Fitbit thinks I’m swimming every time I fold laundry

It’s the funniest thing! Every time I fold laundry my Fitbit records it as swimming 😂 I’ve had my inspire 3 since July 2023 and it’s still going strong. What funny things has your Fitbit picked up?

Just upgraded to Inspire 3⌚️

Finally took the plunge and upgraded from a Charge 4 which I had been using for years to an Inspire 3. Why might you ask did I opt for an Inspire instead of a Charge 6? Price point primarily, as the Inspire is about $40-50 cheaper, but surprisingly also the slim form factor and the leaner features.

I still like Fitbit

Am I crazy or why is this page so negative? Honestly Fitbit seems to offer pretty affordable products with fairly accurate information (according to the quantified scientist on youtube). I think especially if you look at price comparison to especially Garmin or Apple, Fitbit has some pretty great pr

Inspire 3 vs sleep study

Hi,

I did a sleep study at the hospital recently, and was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was suspicious after seeing the sleep results on my inspire for a while.

Here are some value comparison between the sleep study and the inspire.

REM sleep : 36min inspire 36.5min study

Wake time : 58min insp

Inspire 3 a good decision?

Hey all, I used to be a Fitbit user about 7 years ago. Since then, I had been an Apple Watch user. While I was happy with the metrics, I sold my Apple Watch because I was getting overwhelmed by notifications plus I started hating the weight on my wrist.

Since I sold it, I started missing all the go

Exercise Trackers - Apple Watch, Fitbit, Etc?

I've used a Fitbit Inspire 3 for the last 1.5 years :) nothing too fancy, but it does the job! I mostly walk / use it to track steps. Of course, any step tracker isn't gonna be 100% accurate but it gives a good high lvl overview of where you're currently sitting for step count!

People with smartwatches (pixel Watch, galaxy Watch, apple watch), are you getting a fitbit air?

Yes, I’ve worn an Apple Watch almost nonstop for about eight years, most recently the latest Series 11. With the update to the Fitbit app, I dug my old Fitbit Inspire 3 out of the closet again, and I’m thrilled at how light and barely noticeable it is on my wrist. Of course, it’s no comparison to th

Do you think polar will realise a better alternative to whoop than amazfit?

I really had high hopes for the sleep tracking on the helio strap, but it’s not good it’s not trash but not good. Fitbit inspire 3 costs like 60-70€, have a better algorithm for the sleeptracking then the helio strap. But fitbits OS is trash, and doesn’t offer many thinks from my perspective. Polar

What are your biggest hacks, tools, or routines for managing HyperPOTS (especially brain fog)?

Sadly, the one thing that helped most was pacing and patience. My brain fog always lifted in weird healing shifts - like I was extra terrible for 3 days, then I woke up 30% better. My list: compression stockings (too ADHD to think about about leggings..) lying down as much as I possibly can. Sit in

Any iPhone users feel the mounting pressure to leave Fitbit?

I guess it depends what you want to use your Fitbit for. I like my inspire 3 because it’s sleek, tells the time, has some tracking info. And some notifications.
