Google's Whoop competitor is here, Fitbit Air starts at $99

No screen, no extra sensors, yet still only 7 day battery. No reason to change my charge 6 that lasts 7 days with 20% battery left. I get that Fitbit started without screens, but having a screen to track interval work, glance at HR while working, and even just to check the time is really useful. Cha

So long and thanks for all the fish

I am an apple user but would never buy an Apple Watch in its current state. I love not having to charge my Fitbit every day and the low cost comparatively but maybe when my charge 6 dies it’ll be time to reassess cause the app is utter nonsense half the time

Does the Charge 6 have a low profile?

Really tempted to get this thing at $100 currently, looks like a great fitness tracker for the price. However, I tried a galaxy watch years ago but never really used it because I needed to charge it every day and it stuck out my wrist a lot, made it get in the way a lot.

I know battery won't be an

Fitbit Air name emerges as Google’s screenless band takes shape

Same. I hope they don't split Fitbit and the Pixel watches this way for good. I want a screen, but I don't want a full smart watch that I need to charge every two days. I just want to quickly check the time and my heart rate/steps and get very basic notifications for texts or whatever. I have zero n

I’m looking for an alarm clock that doesn’t wake my wife.

Fitbits also have the vibration alarm and are much cheaper. the charge in mine lasts all week. I have the charge 6 and there are cheaper models as well, but not sure if they have that feature

Is anyone happy with the ring?

This is my first smart ring, so I can't compare it to others. I like the hardware; I find it lightweight, elegant, comfortable. The software and firmware clearly need work (most notably on the connection issues, but also general refinement and features, battery life), though those are much easier to

Switched From Fitbit to Amazfit a little over a month ago....... (good)

I lost my FitBit Charge 6... instead of merely replacing with another I jumped into the AmazFit Helio Strap with Black Friday-related deals (and picked up another FitBit on deal as a backup). It's cheaper and seems to offer more features, data, and longer battery life. Still early on but I quite lik

Anyone switch from Fitbit Sense 2 to a Samsung watch?

Fitbit Charge 6 is the latest my dad uses it and loves it. I use the Pixel Watch 4 it's great but only 36 hours battery and quite expensive. In a month's time Fitbit will launch a Whoop competitor with just a band for around $100. It'll have allegedly a week's battery life and all the latest algos a

Thinking of moving from Apple Watch S7 to Charge 6 — thought?

Here’s my requirement

  • don’t use smart watch features, notifications are always off, always on is off
  • only use smart features like music control or sms
  • need better tracking. something minimal and lightweight that I can wear to bed
  • don’t like charging daily

I know going from smart watch to fitne

My Fitbit died. Do I bother to buy another?

Fitbit is still the best. I have an Apple Watch as well just to make calls, and the need to charge it every day is a pain. Plus, unlike Fitbit, it doesn’t even track sleep, workouts or heart rate automatically and continuously, you need to manually enable everything. Charge 6 rules. Sleep tracking a
