Sign at my local roaster regarding the roast date myth

I can talk from anecdotal experience only, but I was initially concerned about getting Eureka Mignon Specialita vs df grinder for single dosing because of all the horror stories. In reality, the container in Eureka holds about 200 grams of coffee, which lasts me a week, and I can never tell the diff

Can confirm: it's the grinder

I have a Breville Infuser and a Eureka Mignon Specialita and it makes pretty damn good coffee. Definitely recommend the Normcore Tamper - improves the experience dramatically for pretty cheap.

Dark roast grinder [700-1000$]

ngl the niche zero is amazing for dark roasts and that full chocolatey body you want. i've had one for two years and it nails that texture. tariffs suck but it still beats most flat burrs for your taste profile. if you want to stay under budget though, the eureka mignon specialita gives similar body

Light Roast Capable Grinder [$400]

A lot of people like the Baratza Sette, and though I've never used one I used a Vario for a lot of years. The Eureka line, though, is great. In addition to producing great coffee it's bulletproof, the build quality is very high, and it takes up very little counter space. If you can swing it, the Mig

Sage Barista Pro (built-in Baratza grinder) – worth upgrading to a separate grinder?

I have the Sage Barista Pro and bought a standalone Eureka Mignon Specialita. It's been a great addition - more precise, more consistent and subjectively better flavour in the coffee.

Sage Barista Pro (built-in Baratza grinder) – worth upgrading to a separate grinder?

Owning a Sage Barista Touch and a separate grinder i can under special circumstances recommend switching to a separate grinder- there are improvements in the grind-quality (due to finer settings) and taste. I switchted to a Eureka Mignon Specialita, but with the idea in mind to upgrade someday to a

Stone vs Silvia vs ProfitecGo vs Lelit Victoria

I ended up getting a sweet deal on Profitec Go and Eureka Mignon Specialita(both for $1478). I absolutely love it. It’s my go to for espresso and milk based drinks. It has spoiled me enough that it’s really hard for me to enjoy coffee and coffee drinks outside 😅

Findet ihr auch, dass Österreich langsam unbezahlbar wird?

Vom Geschmack her können Nespresso Kapseln nichts. Da muss man sich schon was anständiges gönnen, zB: Eureka Mignon Specialita Espresso-Mühle. Die sind nicht laut. Und dann eine brauchbare Siebträgermaschine, zB. Sage Bambino. Ok, das wird nicht billig, aber dann hast brauchbaren Geschmack und preis
