What categories are different make up brands the best in? For example, Mac makes the best blush (in my opinion). What categories do other brands rule?
Agree on L’Oreal and NYX, but I really like Essence Bye Bye Panda Eyes tubing mascara. I would add Manhattan Endless Stay eyeshadow primer.
