My experience with KEF LSX II LT
If you're in Europe, then the Kanto Ora4 should be available there and are worth demoing if you can. Also check out the ELAC Debut ConneX. Maybe even consider studio monitors like the Adam T5V.

The next best thing to wireless speakers would be powered speakers where the main speaker needs to be connected to the other via cable connection.
