I offer another view: I’m from Brazil, so almost no one has the money from buy a, for example, new Macintosh stack. These brands not only have prices that mainly target American and European rich countries but are also phasing out a lot of these consumers. Instead of broadening their markets and the

Just note that it is completely backwards budged allocation to go with a $1700 (NAD) or $3300 (CA) amplifier and $500 a pair speakers (ELAC Debut 3.0 DB63). Speakers, positioning (of the speakers and listener), and room acoustics are the most important aspects of your overall sound quality. Things l

I would choose different speakers. (Besides your Crutchfield links don’t work. Don’t try to escape the underscores.) EAC review of Klipsch RP-600M Spending less on the amplifier (go with e.g. Yamaha A-S301) and slightly over budget with better speakers. E.g. ELAC Debut 3.0 DB63-BK (EAC review).

Ironically it got better after adding my Roku leveling setting. Now I'm on Elac speakers and an Onkyo avr and there is zero clarity a

The Powernode is a good unit and should be able to handle a wide range of speakers. I have an older PN2i paired with the Elac DBR62 speakers and an Elac subwoofer in my smaller, second system. It is a very good combination. As someone else mentioned, you might want to consider a subwoofer as well. T

Spending that much money on Edifier speakers probably isn’t the way to go. You might also want to go with passive speakers and an amplifier for easier upgrade paths going forward. Think e.g. these (or something similar from DALI, Polk, etc.): ELAC Debut 3.0 DB63-BK (EAC review) Yamaha A-S501 I’m not
