Nautilus 360 RS ARGB Pump Noise
Mostly silent at idle is what I tend to go for. Currently running a 7950X3D, so idling in the low 40s is fine with some fan and pump hysteresis for when the usage increases or just spikes. I did see the SL3 but the performance put me off a little, I think Hardware Canucks had the mount points break

Nautilus 360 RS ARGB Pump Noise
I returned my Nautilus and went with the bequiet SL3, you can still hear it at 100% but the tone won't drive you nuts. I have it running at 80% and in a dead silent room can still hear it (barely if you listen for it) but it's easy to tune out simply due to the nicer tone. Using Arctic MX7 and Noctu
