DJing in an Apartment
DJing Bluetooth Choose one. Bluetooth has a delay that really hinders monitoring of music. Especially at your price rage. Also: wont be heard by the neighbours Is about your walls and the volume knob. Not speaker quality. Not to mention, with quality speakers, the bass will propagate better even on

I’m new to turntables and wondering what I need to get started
That and Edifier - R1280DB And you are set to go for starters Obviously it can go MUCH deeper by getting separate amps, speakers, external phono preamp, subwoofers ects and the likes but for getting started quick, those edifiers will do the job just fine

what songs are different on chromakopia record?
In total it’s a bit pricy for a normal purchase but a Sony PS-LX310BT turntable with Edifier R1280DB speakers is a perfectly good setup

What do I need to complete my set up?
If you're in the UK, I would recommend that you don't buy Fluance. The aftersales support isn't there. Packing up and posting a turntable back to Canada for any kind of minor issue is going to cost a fat wedge of cash. Besides, without the burden of US tariffs, our other brands are miles better valu

It's new like 2 months old, any advice? Rate me
If you’re looking in the 100-200 € range for music, gaming and movies, I’d skip tiny cheap speakers and go for solid 2.0 setups. Edifier R1280DB or R1280T are probably the safest choice. Balanced sound, decent bass, multiple inputs and easy to live with on a desk. Edifier R1700BT or R2000DB if you w

Thoughts on Audio-Technica AT-LP60XBT turntable
Not a dumb question. It's just asked a LOT. Yes, that's a perfectly fine starter set-up. It's even offered as a bundle here, if it's any help: https://www.turntablelab.com/collections/turntable-listening-packages-alpha/products/audio-technica-at-lp60xusb-edifier-r1280db-turntable-package-ttl-setup

Do I need a sound system for this?
This Ion deck has a built-in phono preamp. The switch for it is near the power cord connection. Set is to the "RCA LINE' position if you're going to connect powered speakers such as Edifier R1280DB. This gets you the simplest setup of turntable + speakers (and remote control). If the deck didn't com

Build me a setup for under $1000
Would be curious to see some suggestions as well. I currently have the famed Turntable Lab beginners package Audio-Technica AT-LP60X / Edifier R1280DB. For a beginner it's a perfectly good set up and I have no complaints, but I'm beginning to grow curious as to the logical next steps.

What things should I remove or add for a beginner?
The turntable is fine for a beginner, everything else besides the speakers you can get later if and when you need them. I would allocate the rest of your budget to better speakers. The Edifier R1280DB seem to be a popular choice with beginners. They are also active speakers so no need for an amp, ju
