Ok cool. As long as it is cosmetic, I can deal with that. Also enjoying the Tapo Ecosystem, using a RV30 since June2024 and supper happy with it.Used an Ecovacs Deebot X2 Omni for just under 6 months now, and the one mopping plate kept falling out. Considering to buy a RV50 now.

Worst product and customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought the Ecovacs Omni X2, and it stopped working after just 6 months. Since then, it’s been nothing but a nightmare. After three failed repairs and another 6 months, I still don’t have a working robot. Their customer service is appalling

It is the truth. ECOVACS mapping sucks. It loses it randomly on my X1Turbo and X2 Omni. One fix I’ve had some luck with is toggling the wifi button on the robot.
