Definitely lash xtndr mascara by elf, really cheap, doesn’t smudge and separates lashes so nicely!

Will second this, ELF Xtndr (or something like that) is the best budget tubing mascara going. No clumps, no smudgesm If you want a longer lasting one, I loved the By Terry Lash Expert Twist mascara.

I have oily eyelids and was plagued for decades with raccoon eyes until I started using tubing mascara. I can now use mascara on my upper and lower lashes and it doesn’t come off until I wash my face. Amazing stuff! Edit to add: I’ve been happy with Clinique High Impact and ELF Xtndr.

Elf wow brow gel and lash xtndr mascara!!! The tinted brow gel is the only one that doesn’t make my brows look crusty or come off in white flakes, nor does it make me feel like they unnaturally stick to my forehead. It gives me the most natural, full looking brows. The mascara is a HOLY GRAIL though

As others have said, you gotta switch to real sunscreen instead of hoping for sun protection from tints/sunscreen. Try a tubing mascara instead of waterproof. FWIW, I use Haruharu Wonder Black Rice Moisture Airyfit sunscreen all over my face (including eyelids) with elf Lash XTNDR mascara every day
