for wider dispersion with group listening, the ascilab c6b is honestly a good pick like you mentioned. i'd also check out the dynaudio emit 20 or the buchardt a500 if you can stretch a bit. the wiim pro plus should be plenty for your needs unless you need the extra inputs of the ultra. without a sub

Even Dynaudio's budget Emit 20 are bangers. Check out my flair. My setup sounds amazing IMO. The Emits have a little more of a fun sound than the higher end models that progressively go towards the high end sound profile. That being said, Dynaudio's house sound can be heard in all of their lines.

I think also in my case cxa81 driving dynaudio emit 20’s easily and DYN is known for being power hungry.
