Is it worth it to spend 200-300 USD for Premium keyboard like those Keychron, mechanical keyboard for coding?
An expensive keyboard feels good. Like every piece of hardware, there are diminishing returns for high end products. I wouldn't use a cheap $10 keyboard, If I have to type all day. Yet any dollar past $100 is probably a luxury, there are good keyboards for less. That said, people enjoy nice looking

60% Compact Keyboard with MacMini
I'm using a Ducky One 2 Mini from 2020! Switched from my 1st gen Magic Keyboard (which still works fine btw) just because I wanted to try mechanical keyboards and honestly the typing experience is so much more satisfying. Here's both of them if you're curious. If my Ducky ever kicks the bucket, I'll

Top 3 switches and why
I am not deep into this hobby but I do essentially live on my keyboard. Programmer + gamer. Only tried Cherry Blue Cherry Brown Cherry Silver Topre (HHKB) and my favorite (by far) is Silver... perfect "activation function" (smooth start to finish), great feedback, nice subtle sound that's pleasant a

Silent 100% Keyboard Recs?
for office use quiet is key. i'd check out the Keychron V6 Max with brown switches - they're tactile but quiet and won't annoy coworkers. comes in black or white so you'd need to grab some green keycaps separately if you want that look. the Ducky One 3 with silent reds is another solid option that's

GMMK 3 PRO HE?
I have the one of their first hot swappable keyboard thinking I would be future proof. Other launched their own hot swappable keyboard and they were better, got a yellow Ducky One 3 at discount and it's all the way better (even with the same switch, the feeling is better on the ducky). So it's reall

About Akko Piano Pro v3 Switches?
I’ve only had a couple boards that came with tactile switches. I know you can get Keychron boards with Gateron Jupiter Browns, but I’ve never personally tried them. My Ducky One 3 Mini came with Gateron Baby Kangaroos, which is one of my personal favorite tactiles. You can also get the Osume Play75

Is the One 3 really worth it?
? wdym the sound is so bad. Im using the ducky one 3 mini silent reds for like almost 2 years now and its great but i dont really care about the clacky sound. I like it silent and these switches deliver, i never understood the apeal of clacky or loud keyboards lol
