First time owning a home in Vegas w/ a pool

Get a solar cover ($150) immediately. They greatly reduce evaporation and can block sunlight, reducing both your water costs and your chemical costs. Having a reel ($150) makes it much easier to take on/off. Get a pole, leaf net, brush. Buy PoolRX every year and throw it in your pump filter basket

I’m looking to buy a robot cleaner for my pool. Need recommendation.

I have a dolphin nautilus CC plus that I inherited from the previous home owner. We’ve had it 2 years without issues and I’m not sure how long the previous owner had it. It cleans great. Mine doesn’t do well climbing stairs but it also doesn’t get stuck, just not as good at cleaning them than the re

The pool nerd

I’ve only had one pool bot, a dolphin nautilus supreme cc ($1500!!!). When it works, it works great! After a year and a half one of the sensors went wonky and I thought it was broken for 6 months. It keeps errorring with robot out of pool. I can finally get it to work again but I have to do a ritual

Do you use a robot pool vacuum?

I looked for... Reliable (doesn't break down as quickly) Repairable (parts are easily accessible) Corded (so it's suction is consistent and I can leave it in the pool for several days instead of having to take it out to recharge) Other features I wanted (but didn't get): 4. Mapping of pool (so then

Best Robot Vacuum for Pool Worth Buying Now?

I got the Dolphin Nautilus CC, it is tethered and has 3 timed cycles to choose from. This climbs walls, scrubs the waterline and pretty much picks up everything. The amount of gritty little dirt grains it gets is pretty impressive. I’ve had it for 3 years I think and love it.

Robot Cleaners: the good, the bad, the ugly?

Dolphin nautilus cc plus. 2019 it was 870$. It’s still going although it gets stuck on its side now because I can’t seem to figure out if it’s floats or what. But otherwise it’s great. I just have to help it along lol. Poor little buddy. They have better ones now like surpreme and fancy WiFi things

I’m having trouble finding the right robot for my curvy mistress

I have a Freeform pool like yours and I’ve been using a Maytronics Dolphin M600 for the last five years with no issues. Although I do not have a tree right over my pool, my neighbors tree gives me all the leaves I need. Recently it died, so I’ve been looking at a Maytronics Nautilus CC. The WiFi on
