Aiper was a bust, recommended me a vacuum robot

Our brand new Nautilus CC plus worked for 3 months last summer. Was stored indoors all winter, then worked fine for a couple weeks this spring and died. Customer service was pretty awful to deal with and then we had to pay to have it shipped to Indiana via UPS to be repaired under warranty. Apparent

Aiper was a bust, recommended me a vacuum robot

Nautilus CC plus owner. Died under warranty (9 months after purchase), parts made of unubtainium. They wanted me to ship it to PA for a warranty repair, but was nearly the price of a replacement, and turnaround was 6-12 weeks according to them. Parent company less than helpful. Finally found a place

Robot Cleaners: the good, the bad, the ugly?

I'm on my second dolphin nautilus cc. The cheap one, goes for $600. First burnt out a motor after 5 years and it's more expensive to fix than replace. It does the walls, the "scrubbing" is a bit of and overstatement, it has a rubber flap roller.

Dolphin Pool Robot ?

The Dolphin app and remotes are dogshit. And this is coming from someone with a whole bunch of China crap IOT devices around the house. It’s absolutely crap. The robot itself is good (I had a Nautilus CC and now have an Active X5), but the included remote and the WiFi connection of the active X5 nev

A lot of people (me) had problems with it getting stuck on the main drains. They do a great job of picking up dirt/dust. They a

Underwater robot vacuum cleaner recommendation.

I checked Dolphin Nautilus. Many folks have complained about reliability issues. I guess it all depends on luck.

I’m looking to buy a robot cleaner for my pool. Need recommendation.

We just got an open box Dolphin Premier and it is awesome much better than the Nautilus CC we replaced after only four seasons of work.

Poolmate Hydro 4

Hi! Did you ever buy it? If so, how is it? I’m about to pull the trigger but can’t find too many reviews either. My dolphin nautilus cc pro finally died after 5 years and constant parts replacing. Looking for another corded option. Pool mate seemed nice but not too much info.

Cord vs cordless robot vacuum

I’m curious for this as well as I’m shopping for a new pool vacuum Had a dolphin nautilus cc and loved it but the cord went bad after a few years and the 2 replacement cords only lasted less than a month each (got refunded on both) but it’s been a hassle cause of brand new cords getting water in ter

Best Pool Robot Vacuums?

Dolphin Nautilus CC plus. The first one died… I think the cord had an issue, and they replaced it under warranty
