I have a Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus (no WiFi) that I bought back in 2020. It’s been working fine this season. I took it out to clean the filters last week, and now it won’t turn on. When the blue cord is plugged in, the power light will turn off immediately. It stays on when the blue cord is unplugged

Best Pool Robot Vacuums?
Had the dolphin nautilus CC Plus. After 5 years the parts/scrubbers began breaking down. Needed a full rebuild. Ended up selling it on marketplace and getting the Polaris 965iQ. Dolphin is certainly the popular choice, but the Polaris far exceeds it in every way.

Maytronics Warranty service is a SCAM. Buyers beware!!
We have a Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus and it stopped working within the warranty period. We sent it back and paid $80 to ship. The unit was sent back within 1 week and worked for 5 minutes before it died again. Haven't been able to get someone on the phone, chat, or email since then
