Debating between OP3 and OP4 to just stick with Osmo 360?
I might be able to answer you the best. I used both the Osmo 360, Pocket 4 (imported from S Korea before used my phone / Fujifilm XT5 for what I now use the Pocket 4 for), DJI MIC 2, and a GoPro 13 Black for underwater / water activities. Pocket 4 is an excellent phone replacement. Size is perfect.

Good affordable camera?
If you want an all terrain type of camera, go with an action camera. Action cameras are pretty bad in low light though, so best use is sunshine outside. If you want something more professional looking, the DJI pocket series would be good, but they are delicate and not good for bad weather or tossing
