Debating between OP3 and OP4 to just stick with Osmo 360?
I might be able to answer you the best. I used both the Osmo 360, Pocket 4 (imported from S Korea before used my phone / Fujifilm XT5 for what I now use the Pocket 4 for), DJI MIC 2, and a GoPro 13 Black for underwater / water activities. Pocket 4 is an excellent phone replacement. Size is perfect.

Is the Action 6 still laggy and grainy, or is it worth buying?

Gopro > DJI?
I switched from GoPro 13 to DJI action 6 and I like it much better. I don’t think either are perfect though, so look for feature differences….like GPS in the GoPro 13 or longer battery life of the DJI as examples.
