Go Ultra question
The Purevideo lowlight mode is softer without question, considerably so... but thats mostly the case with all action cameras that have a low light mode in 2025 (Action 5 Pro, Ace Pro, Ace Pro 2, X5, Osmo 360 and GO Ultra). The camera cranks up the ISO to get the scene to stay bright and maintain a s

Insta360 X5 vs. Osmo 360: The one I kept after the honeymoon phase...
Yeah, kind of the same for me. I’m also deep in the DJI ecosystem (Pocket 3, drones, mics), and I wanted the Osmo 360 to win. My first 360 cam was the Insta360 One R, which I used for a lot of 360 tours and content. When I accidentally ran it over with my Jeep, I upgraded to the X3. What was dope wa

Osmo 360 version 2 in 2026?
I have pretty big list tbh these are just few things camera really needs: Better quality 360 video (Currently not good enough, often lots of noise etc.) Better quality single lens mode (Comparing to dji action 4 and Go pro 12 black, osmo 360 single lens mode is really bad, its like comparing 1080p t

Thinking about selling my X5 for an Osmo 360
I was actually deciding between upgrading from the DJI Mini 4 Pro to the DJI Mini 5 Pro or taking the step toward something like the DJI Avata 360 / Antigravity A1. But the fisheye look is exactly what I absolutely do not want in my footage, which is why I ended up choosing the Mini 5 Pro. If DJI, d

8K 360 video — 30fps vs 50fps, what do you prefer ?
DJI still needs to make significant improvements to the camera. The Osmo 360 has much better hardware than the Insta: a larger sensor higher true resolution, 10-bit color, and even up to 50fps. But for now, I see it as wasted hardware. That big improvement that should be noticeable isn't there. As f

this is why i wont buy first-gen dji products..
Promo video was somehow bad because DJI fired its english speaking marketing team: Osmo 360 improved on the sensor, 10-bit, FPS. They cant do ✨everything✨from the scratch. Especially because Insta360 already had cool creative cameras like Evo, R, RS, Sphere… Also DJI probably sees Osmo 360 just as a

What do you thing about DJI Avata 360? Table comparison
Price is a huge, huge advantage for Avata 360. Weight is a large advantage for A1 because it is below the magic 250g limit that in many countries doesn't require you to register the drone and have additional licenses. Along with this the folded size is dramatically smaller for packing than that of t

Osmo 360 lens replacement for 25$ but you must wait few days without cam
As a US customer, I am not sure DJI Care is a replacement for replaceable lens in that DJI Care sales have been suspended for drones and the Pocket 3 due to customs / supply issues. Obviously no one would buy an Osmo 360 vs X5 without countering this objection with the lens replacement service, but

While GoPro fights overheating, here is the trick to cool down your Osmo 360
Look good on them for trying to address overheating but with all these ugly external heat sinks it better mean they plan on having internals that outperform the Insta360 X5 and DJI Osmo 360. It better do 8K at faster FPS. Better battery life. Better resistance to overheating in hot conditions with s

Dji Osmo 360 or Insta360 X4 Air?
I tried the Osmo 360 and wasn’t impressed. I usually don’t do any low light recording but did try the osmo360 briefly at a night soccer game, and it was ok. I think I’ve read from others it’s pretty good. Again low light isn’t my thing. I have a ton of DJI gear and just didn’t like the 360 at all. B
