Can’t decide pair of balance, 2s or 8s.
Beosound products do not have clear user space fitting. There is a crossover between design, sound performance, purpose and cost. There are some features that may matter and over rule other considerations. All have Mozart as a platform. Balance have the deeper bass and are 360 degree speakers. Beoso

Favorite speakers at Axpona 2026
The Dynaudio Confidence 20A were the standout winner for me. It was the rare moment in the show that I was stuck to my seat. I'd tell myself "I gotta get moving and see more rooms" but the sound and experience kept me stuck there for a while. For uniqueness the winner goes to Devialet Phantom. Super

Stereo Speaker suggestions.
If the JBL 100s are already too big for your new space and you are a bass head / don‘t want to miss the depth you are used to with the monsters that are the 4345s, you need to a) pair with sub(s) that are more easily tucked away in your space or b) consider active smaller speakers like Devialet Phan

What to do with a hi rise apartment with glass walls
Devialet Phantom. It's loaded to the gills with DSP, small, looks great on a table, and sounds decent. You're never going to get a "you are there" audio experience with that room and your criteria.

Build a system that blows Beolab 28s out of the water
Sonus Faber Sonetto V 35-40KHz to Beolab 28 27-23KHz. I notice when the Beolab 28 kick in to when they are not included with the other speakers at 31-23KHz. But some have complained about "too" much bass. Visitors prefer Devialet Phantoms 108db for looks and the 14 Hertz bass kick. Big price differe

Where to place speakers in this space?
You might want to check out the Devialet Phantom. It's a modern speaker that's beyond my understanding, but I think your wife might find its aesthetic acceptable. I haven't heard it, but other Devialet systems that I have heard sound very good indeed.

User experience when used with a TV and as Spotify connected speakers?
105dB SPL. 700 Watts RMS. I really like this matte gray side of the woofers haha You can find it by typing in Devialet Phantom I Silver 105db (I can't put a photo... but I can't find the option anyway) https://www.devialet.com/fr-fr/css-catalog/silver-phantom/?srsltid=AfmBOoqRqw6GH89YCctGGJMum7tkZUZ

Guide the beginnings of my audiophile journey for 1300€/1500$ tops
Floor standing speakers are a bargain second hand as shipping is so high local sales are limited hence big discounts. A separate bass can, if integrated correctly be placed better than full range floor standing speakers where the best placement is for the stereo sound stage not for room acoustics wh
