I don't think anyone can answer this one for you. You need to ask yourself why you want to start printing. There are pros and cons to consider. Putting a CR-10 against any of these is like Putting a 1995 Honda Civic against a 2025 Tesla. I learned printing on ender 3s and cr10s.. Compared to the new

The K2’s are night and day compared to the Ender series. That said they’re starting to develop a 3rd party ecosystem now, but nothing like the Ender since there’s less of a need as they mostly contain what you want out of the box. Adding extra lighting, upgraded nozzle, upgraded hot-end, upgraded be

I printed 2 things for my CFS, and it made it 100x more reliable and easier to use. I tried spool rings and different springs and bumpers ... nothing compared to the rollers. A post of mine from elsewhere: My list of parts I have for my printer have dramatically increased quality of life. K2 Plus Essentials Collection by Turnt | Printables.com It's nothing special but,- The organizer system is brilliant, yes the extension costs a few dollars but absolutely worth it imo (

I asked this question last week, and my k2 plus combo arrives tomorrow. My summary of the answers I got is that outside of QC problems the machine is reliable and works well. If/when things break its fairly easy to replace them. I've had mixed reports on creality customer service. For some it's fant

You cant compare these two, they are in vastly different categories and the k1 is very manual in comparison. U see people here spending a week leveling the bed. Note that I am of the new millennium, If I can recommend a machine that cooks for you and feeds you I will do so, I dont see the point in y

Yes, the MicroSwiss FlowTech hotend is compatible with the K2 Plus, but it's NOT a drop-in "no changes" upgrade. A few important things: Nozzle compatibility: FlowTech uses proprietary nozzles, not standard Creality ones. You cannot mix them. Settings changes: You will likely need to reduce retracti

That’s a wild take. I own 27 printers split between Creality K1/K2+/sarmoons & K1max, Bambu H2Cs + one snapmaker U1. My oldest printers from Creality have over 12k hrs. Average for my K series is about 5000hrs, Bambu has the same hrs as the K series & the snapmaker has less than 100hrs since we just

Honestly I’ve found there isn’t as much motivation to tinker with the K2 series. The printer does allow root access out of the box, all the “root” dialog does is tell you what the password is and force a timer to read the disclaimer. The Klipper Linux is based on Tina Linux which grew out of router

I have a HI, SparkX, and K2 pro. They all work and work well, and I'd happily buy another Creality product. You're going to have failed prints, and stuff that just doesn't work from time to time, but I haven't had anything go wrong that I couldn't get fixed pretty quick and get back to printing. Peo
