check the bed mesh, it’s probably not level and the probe can only compensate so much. you can print bed shims that will even it out to fix this, i did it on mine and the bed variance went from 1mm to .3mm with much cleaner first layers https://www.printables.com/model/681528-bed-shims-fits-creality

I have collectively 3000 hours on my 3 K2 Plus printers. I print everything from PLA to Nylon. The bed is the Achilles’ heel on these printers. I have one that has a 0.25 variance from the factory, the other 2 were bad, one was 1.2 and the other was I’ve 0.9. I tried a lot of things but finally I us

I got it about a month ago. I upgraded my K1 Max, upgrade went text book. Firmware upgraded correctly. I've re-installed the helper script (I'm a linux admin, so I could work around the issues it was having). I've got moonraker/mail sail installed but currently using creality print because it talks

OP - Astronomer has sent you on the right path. I have a K1Max (which came with the hardened 300C nozzle) and I used the built in PA6-CF setting in Creality Print and it printed flawlessly and I had the top glass off. My bed temp was 50c and Nozzle temp 290C and I dried the Filament at 65C overnight

I've done this mod on the k1Max. I did reset it and redo the bed leveling by retensioning the z axis belts as recommended by creality. I use Creality K1 Max. It's quite good, however I had to tinker with it a bit because the hotbed wasn't flat enough. I still have sight, I use cane because of glaucoma and the fact I often can't see steps or unexpected lamp posts. The machine itself I can manage by feel. The touchscreen interface is

I've had my k1 max for about a month now, I bought it refurbed from Creality's ebay store with a 20% off coupon. I've had an Ender 3 for years, I knew what I was getting into when I bought the K1 Max. That being said, I love this printer. Make sure you spend some time getting it set up and calibrate
