A good 3D printer for beginners would likely be either this one or its larger counterpart, the Bambu Lab A1 (without the mini). There’s also the Creality Ender 3, but it comes with a lot of required assembly and the prints stop sticking to the plates after a while.

OP, there have been around a dozen different “Ender 3” models released by Creality over the last 10 years or so. This is the original model that started it all. The creality beds are known to be uneven. My solution on my Ender 3 Pro (no CR Touch) is to run a glass bed for flatness and then a mag layer with PEI bed. A bit thicker and needs more heat but it's flat.
