So I can't make a informed recommendation without room dimensions. The only filters that will be reusable are the pre-filters. HEPA or other pleated filtration media must be disposed once clogged. Hello OP. Please see Rule 4 and the AutoModerator comment. I take it the 2,200 sq. ft. is split between at least two floors? Generally you need one purifier per room or area. With large open concept layouts, multiple units would be more suitable. Purifiers aren't good at reducing visible dust, as it
