I have Cosori TurboBlaze 6.0-Quart Air Fryer, model CAF-DC601-KUS (120 V, 1725 W). It’s wonderful. It does have gimmicky buttons but you can set temperature and time manually . The only thing u can’t adjust directly is fan speed. You have to use the gimmicky buttons for that.

I should mention though, that I bought it back in June 2022 for €80, and now it’s showing at €122 on my Amazon. At that price, I’d probably consider something more recent, and likely improved in performance and practicality, like the small 4,7L Cosori or Cosori Turbo Blaze

I have a Cosori turbo blaze with a ceramic tray. After each use I fill the pull out chamber and tray with hot soapy water and let it soak overnight. Cleans up quickly and completely using a brush or sponge.
