I have a Cosori TurboBlaze and have used a T-Fal infrared air fryer. Both have been good. The T-Fal doesn't need pre-heating, but is smaller.

Cosori Turbo Blaze is not that big, imo Cooks evenly & is ceramic in case you want to consider Amazon has the option of "preview on 3D at your place"

I have Cosori TurboBlaze 6.0-Quart Air Fryer, model CAF-DC601-KUS (120 V, 1725 W). It’s wonderful. It does have gimmicky buttons but you can set temperature and time manually . The only thing u can’t adjust directly is fan speed. You have to use the gimmicky buttons for that.

I find mine has great airflow all sides of the pan and “cooks hotter” than my oven or other air fryers. I would start checking it a few times at the 20 minute mark and every 3 minutes if needed.
