Nightsabre wireless scroll wheel issue sometimes going in opposite direction, anyone else?

I also have the same problem with my Corsair NIGHTSABRE Wireless mouse purchased on January 11, 2025. The scroll wheel hardly wants to scroll up and down anymore, it's very annoying... Impossible to find help on your site, even your link no longer works. Thank you for your help.

This happened to me just recently. Scroll wheel on my Nightsabre was basically unusable, so I sent it in. They sent me a refurbished one with this problem, so I sent that one in. Corsair products contain the worst quality scroll wheels and it sucks.

Same thing is happening to my Corsair K100 keyboard and Nightsabre Wireless mouse. Corsair has a very good mouse. I have the NIGHTSABRE WIRELESS RGB and it has no problems so I don't understand why Corsair has poor quality mice.
