Since you are using Corsair already I like the Corsair HS80 MAX Wireless. Been doing pretty good for me. I had the regualr HS80 but even though they were comfortable, the earpads wore out. This may do the same, but they haven't yet

The HS80 MAX doesn't have a wired connectivity mode. I know you stated that it can be connected wirelessly via the dongle and via bluetooth but I think it's worth actively flagging that it can't be used via a wired connection at all. Kann noch das corsair hs80 max Wireless empfehlen Performed aus meiner Erfahrung wie die oben genannten mit top mikro, gutem akku und sound und liegt angenehm auf den ohren. Ist preislich auch gut mit ca 120€

No lo dirías si no nunca te ha pasado pero a varias personas se le rompió facil, puede que haya stocks que los tornillos lo han apretado tan fuerte que se quiebran facil, en mi caso me paso con dos cascos Corsair HS80 MAX no se si volver a confiar en Corsair la verdad pero son dos 🤷 soy muy cuidados

I have the HS80 Wireless (not Max) and I did not need paying anything or used any keys. Just install Dolby Access from the Microsoft Store, select the sound input for your headphones and you should be good to go. All this in Windows 11. I do not remember if you had to install Corsair iCUE for your P

I've bought similar headphone ~2 weeks ago (Corsair HS80 MAX). Media control (like volume controller, and buttons on headset just works out of the box without anything extra, Fedora 42 KDE). I experience 0 strange sounds using via dongle so far. Instead of iCUE I use https://github.com/jurkovic-niko

I have sent the following email to technical support after them assuring me it was just "different" Hi saying that the HS80 max has a "different" level of sidetone to your other headsets including the regular HS80 (supposedly a downgrade) is more than generous. The HS80 Max's clearly have a defect.
