Garmin 165 vs Suunto Run
Suunto has dual band GPS which is a huge point. It's definitely more serious watch in terms of specs. Comparable models are Forerunner 265 and Coros Pace 4

How accurate is GPS on Run/Race models?
Thanks a lot for your comment. The Coros Pace 4 was giving me unreliable data. It thought I was running nearly a minute per km faster than my actual pace. But it was intermittent and unpredictable.

Looking for a GPS watch upgrade — Apple Watch isn’t cutting it
I went from Apple Watch Ultra to coros pace 4. I got annoyed with the touch screen and sweat issue. That being said I do miss live maps and the info/metrics I got on the Apple Watch with the work outdoors app were better and more customizable.
